Throughout his career, Joe has been able to enrich his clients by sharing what he's learned in this industry and how to find appropriate strategies tailored to each client's specific needs.
Joe strives to continue his education in the financial planning field and has taken the steps to earn advanced designations. Joe is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, the gold standard in the financial planning industry.
In addition to the CFP® certification, Joe achieved the Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®) designation through the University of Chicago Booth School in coordination with the Investment & Wealth Institute. The CPWA® is an advanced credential specifically for wealth managers working with high-net-worth clients. CPWA® professionals are able to identify and analyze the unique challenges high-net-worth individuals face and understand how to develop specific strategies to manage taxes, monetize and preserve assets, position growth, and transfer wealth.
Joe also earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®), representing a thorough knowledge of and ability to apply the Global Fiduciary Standard of Excellence.
His experience and understanding of the financial services industry have evolved as he has represented some of the most storied institutions on Wall Street such as JPMorgan Chase, T. Rowe Price and Wilmington Trust. Additionally, Joe is a member of the Baltimore Estate Planning Council.
Outside of work, Joe is passionate about serving the community as an active member of his Temple, a coach in local recreation councils, and volunteering with the Jewish Federation of Baltimore along with Junior Achievement. Joe’s wife, Orly, is committed to educating the youth in our community as an Assistant Principal in Baltimore County. Joe lives in his hometown of Baltimore with his wife, daughter, son and Labradoodle. His hobbies include Baltimore/Washington sports, live music, fishing and golf.
