BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS one client at a time

Regular communication is an integral part of building relationships with our clients. We make monthly calls and conduct quarterly reviews, either in person or via Skype. To facilitate discussion, we send a review packet in advance of each review outlining performance, cash flow, asset allocation performance and fees. Every 18 months, we conduct a thorough review of your financial plan to help ensure it remains aligned with your goals and any personal changes in your life.

Every sixth week or so, we fly to Houston where many of our clients live, so we can meet them at a time and place convenient to them, whether in their home or office during lunch or after work. We literally go all these extra miles to honor our commitment of highly attentive personal service.

Our practice is built around our clients. We enjoy getting to know them and their families – and giving them the opportunity to know us – so we can cultivate a comfortable and collaborative relationship. We know that trust is earned over time by consistently acting with integrity, being transparent about fees, and being accessible to our clients and responsive to their needs.
