Nathan joined Alex. Brown in 2019, where he was responsible for developing investment theses, sourcing new equity ideas and managing client portfolios. In 2021, Nathan became a partner with Al and Andrew creating the Boris Kaplan Putrich Group He is an active member of the Alex. Brown Investment Committee and as well as the NextGen Technology Counsel. Prior to joining Alex. Brown, Nathan worked at Goldman Sachs, helping raise assets for the firm’s public and private strategies. Nathan received his B.A. from Hillsdale College and double majored in political economy and German. He currently resides in New York City. A passionate athlete, Nathan has completed a 70.3 Ironman triathlon in under 4hr 50m, raced international marathons and is the founder of a run club in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Additionally, he is a member of the Horological Society of New York.
