Growing up in a military family that relocated every four years, Susan developed an enthusiasm for accepting challenges, an ability to adapt to new experiences and a disciplined work ethic. Susan strives to consistently provide the perfect client experience by servicing client needs in a timely and impeccable manner, consistent with her goal of building long-term relationships. She subscribes to the philosophy that customer service is not a department – it is an attitude and a culture.

Susan joined Alex.Brown in August of 2017, bringing thirty (30) years of securities industry and financial services experience to the Freedom Works team. Prior to beginning her working career, she attended Florida Junior College in Jacksonville, Florida. Susan currently holds Series 7 and Series 63 securities licenses. She was recognized as Outstanding Sales Assistant by her previous firm, an honor voted and bestowed upon her by her peers.

Susan is a member of Lewisville United Methodist Church. She is married to Dave, has two grown children and four grandchildren whom she enjoys spoiling immensely. Her interests include cooking, gardening, shopping, and pursuing priceless experiences and travel locations from her rather extensive bucket list.
