Fran had the financial well-being of his own family in mind when he launched his career in finance three decades ago. Today, he combines his years of experience with the resources available through Alex. Brown, a division of Raymond James, to establish that same level of financial confidence in every client he serves.

Fran began his career in the financial sector with Alex. Brown & Sons in 1983. He remained there for the next 40 years, gaining valuable insight into the industry before joining Raymond James in 2016. In addition, he holds a certification from The Wharton School’s Securities Industry Institute. Fran is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary®, a professional certification awarded by Fi360. 

Originally from Easton, Maryland, Fran is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College in Pennsylvania. Fran is a past board member of The Schuylkill Center for Environmental Education; the Chestnut Hill Community Foundation; the Philadelphia Cricket Club; Chi Phi Alumni Association Zeta Chapter; Partnership for Housing Foundation in Annapolis, Maryland. Fran, along with his wife, Leslie, live in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, and have three grown children. They both enjoy woodworking, golf and traveling in their spare time.
