Our focus is on service, trust and outcomes. Our Client Team, our Firm and an extended team of service providers serve a variety of clients, playing an important role in their inner circle. Our process starts with developing a deep understanding of our clients' needs. From there we aim to offer overall strategies, services, and the advocacy needed on their side of the table. Our rigorous process ensures initial and ongoing commitment to communication and congruence between our solutions and our clients’ objectives.

Assess

We listen to our clients, and help them to identify and articulate their objectives with a discovery process that is straightforward and comprehensive. Our understanding is typically focused on assets, liabilities, risks, opportunities and personal reflections-and how they all intersect. We communicate in a language that is plain-spoken, and meant for mutual understanding, now and in the future. We work backward from this critical step to create our solutions.

Create

We develop strategies and explore solutions via an iterative process targeted to specific outcomes. Whether a comprehensive program across investment, legal, planning, risk management and financing disciplines or unique standalone solutions, we present our recommendations, make adjustments, and outline all steps from beginning to end.

Implement

We implement across a uniquely broad range of solutions, with a focus on our role as advisors. We often use services and perspectives across a wide spectrum of disciplines to ensure best of breed execution and increase the probabilities of success.

Monitor

We monitor progress toward objectives, measure success, and we communicate this regularly and thoroughly. Goals and circumstances often change-whether over the passage of time, or due to unforeseen circumstances, so comfortable and honest communication keeps our clients and us mutually informed. Close personal communications and relationships are paramount to ensure a congruence between our processes, solutions and desired outcomes. This step often leads to a repeat of the process.
