Melissa is dedicated to delivering a quality client experience using her great attention to detail and prompt responsiveness to our clients’ questions and requests. “I enjoy helping our clients, especially when they need help navigating through stressful situations and need to rely on someone they can trust,” Melissa says.
Melissa also manages many important duties, such as incoming and outgoing calls and emails to clients, account openings, fund transfers and ensuring that proper forms are all completed and up to date.

Before Melissa joined our team in 2022, she spent 15 years at Janney Montgomery Scott LLC in Philadelphia in a variety of positions, including vice president, registered private client associate, marketing associate, administrative associate, fixed income associate and middle office operations. She holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.

Melissa is originally from Allentown, Pennsylvania, and now lives in West Germantown, Pennsylvania, with her husband, Keith.
