Susan Britten

Growing up in a military family that relocated every four years, Susan developed an enthusiasm for accepting challenges, an ability to adapt to new experiences and a disciplined work ethic. Susan strives to consistently provide the perfect client experience by servicing client needs in a timely and impeccable manner, consistent with her goal of building long-term relationships. She subscribes to the philosophy that customer service is not a department – it is an attitude and a culture.

Susan joined Alex. Brown in August of 2017, bringing 25 years of securities industry and financial services experience to the Sheffield Thomas Bing team. Prior to beginning her working career, she attended Florida Junior College in Jacksonville, Florida. Susan holds Series 7 and Series 63 securities licenses.

Susan is a member of Lewisville United Methodist Church. She is married to Dave, and has two grown children and four grandchildren whom she enjoys spoiling immensely. Her interests include cooking, gardening, shopping, and pursuing priceless experiences and travel locations from her rather extensive bucket list.
