Congratulations on your new role with Raymond James! By now, you’ve been introduced to our Talent Acquisition team and have discussed next steps with your Onboarding Coordinator. Whether your first day is on-site or remote, you’ll want to familiarize yourself with key information before you join.

Be sure that you've completed all necessary tasks in Workday before your first day.

Your company-provided basic benefits begin on your date of hire. All other group insurance benefits begin the first day of the month following your hire date. You’ll be invited to attend a benefits and wellness webinar during your first two weeks, but in the meantime, you may find the following resources helpful:
