Kennie brings a fresh perspective to the established practice of Tailored Financial Strategies of Alex. Brown | Raymond James after spending more than a year as a Practice Marketing associate for the Boston branch. As a financial advisor, he is committed to serving his clients and helping them pursue their financial goals. Kennie's personal experience as a baseball player gives him the ability to understand the unique finances, lifestyle, and needs of those in the sports and entertainment world.
He values clear communication and goal planning and leverages Alex. Brown's vast network of resources provides his clients with personalized plans for pursuing their goals and generational wealth. A Duke graduate, he currently holds the Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses.
Kennie's history of helping others goes back to high school when he volunteered with the Big Brothers Big Sisters Tamps Bay and helped mentor a student for a year after school, forming a lifelong bond with him. At the time, he was the youngest mentor in the program's history. While he was a student at Duke, he participated in campus cleanup projects and MLK Food drives. Currently, he volunteers to help raise money for the YReads program for the YMCA of Greater St. Petersburg. Kennie's leadership skills were recognized while lettering all four years at Duke by being voted team captain by his teammates. He was then drafted by the New York Mets in the 14th round of the 2019 MLB Draft. Kennie also spent time with the Mariners and Twins Organizations.
Kennie enjoys reading, playing golf, sporting events, and spending time with family and friends.
