Caroline helps us maintain the high level of service we provide our clients. She provides timely, accurate and meaningful answers to our clients’ inquiries and makes sure their needs are always top priority. She also helps with the efficient operation of our office, applying her industry knowledge and assisting our team with reports, documents and administrative duties.

Prior to joining the McHugh team in 2016, Caroline worked as an operations manager in the consumer banking division of Bank of America, where she managed a group of associates at a Boston branch.

Caroline graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology. She also minored in Chinese and business administration and management. Caroline holds Series 7 and 66 licenses.

Caroline is from Massapequa, NY and lives in Bolton, MA with her husband William and son William Jr.
